The confirmed order means the acceptance of the following general conditions:
Placing your order

If you want to place your order at Hispapanels, you have to be registered first. Once registered, by signing in, you will be able to place the orders you want, change the delivery address for each order, list all your existing orders, etc.

Just select the articles you are interested in, the payment and delivery methods and the delivery address (if not the same stored in your profile). You will be informed on every step about the total costs and the delivery expenses.
- Next step is the order confirmation. After this confirmation, we will wait for the payment. If the order has not been paid after one month, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Once your payment is confirmed, we will start working on your order. We will inform you when the order is ready to be sent (normally 15-20 working days since the order confirmation).
Payment methods

PayPal: you can pay by PayPal secure site. An additional fee of 2.5% will be added to the total (articles+shipping). Very important: do not forget clicking "Back to the vendor site" in the PayPal page if you want your order been saved in our database. If you forget this, we will ask you to repeat your order.
Order status
Orders status can be one of the following:
- Pending: order is not paid yet. After one month in this situation, order will be deleted.
- Confirmed: order has been paid.
- Processing: panels under building.
- Ready to be shipped.
- Shipped
You can check your order status at any time.
Shipping
- Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 15-20 working days. Shipping delays will not mean any order cancellation. No compensation from Hispapanels to the customer will be considered in this case. Any clause included in the order comments by the customers regarding delays compensations will have no effect.
- Orders will be shipped by Correos Spain (www.correos.es) using registered not urgent (up to 2 kg) shipping or prioritaire post service (up to 5 kgs) shipping.
- Shipping price is shown in euros before order confirmation.
Replacements
When the order is confirmed, the customers accepts these replacements conditions.
During the delivery, panels could be damaged. Hispapanels will replace any broken/damaged panel within the 20 days since the order confirmation, only if the following conditions are followed:
- The customer must contact with Hispapanels. Only accepted replacements will be taken into account. Once accepted, the customer will be informed about the next step to follow.
- The damaged panel will be sent to Hispapanels to be verified (delivery expenses will be paid by the customer). If not, Hispapanels will not replace any piece.
- Once the damaged piece is received, a new one will be sent to the customer.
Order cancellations
Contact us at any moment if you want to cancel your order. A 10% penalty will be applied in this case.
